In this article will see where in the VDP we can add attachments and which are their technical requirements.

Attachments can be add to:

  • Text Messages
  • Email Messages
  • Notes
  • Call Messages

Supported Formats

Currently, the platform support the following file formats:

  • For Texts, Emails and Notes:
    • jpeg
    • jpg
    • png
    • gif
    • pdf
  • For Calls:
    • ogg
    • mp3
    • wav

Attachments Maximum Size

The maximum size supported for any attached file is 20MB.
