Communication History Filters

In this article, we'll how the filter menu of the Communication History section of the VDP works, and which are its options.

The Communication History filter button can be found on the top of the section, between the search bar, and the (3 dots) menu.

This button's icon change depending if there is any filter applied on the communication history, or not:

  • Filter/s not Applied: CH-filter-not-applied
  • Filter/s Applied: CH-filter-applied

When is clicked, the button displays a menu showing the Following options:

  • Filter by Channel - With this option you can filter by one or more of the listing available channel that already have been used in the communication history (For exmaple: Text, Call, Email, etc)
  • Filter by Status - Allows you to filter the communications by their status 
  • Filter by Direction - You can use this option to see outbound or inbound communications
  • Filter by External Communication - Here you can filter with the same criteria as with the channel option, but only external communications logged for the sellected channel/s will be shown
  • Filter by Flag - This option allows you to find the flags recorded in the communication history
  • Filter by Outbound System - Here you will be able to filter all the outbound messages sent by the system, or those sent manually (either through the platform or through external communications)
  • Clear Filters - This option will clear any filter applied to the communication history, and it will only be visible if there is any filter applied.
