Default Communication Views

In this article, we'll review Default View included on each plan and examples of Custom View.

Multiple Default Views are included in Professional and Accelerated tiers.

Standard accounts have 1 default view. Compare plans here

According to the account's tier, the amount of default tiers can change:

  • Standard Tier
    • Default View - This is an entire customizable view.
  • Professional/Accelerated Tier
    • Default View - This is an entire customizable view.
    • Inbound - Shows all inbound communications
    • Inbound - Responded No - Shows all inbound communications which are not yet responded 
    • Inbound - Unassigned - Shows all inbound communications that has no assigned main user
    • Outbound  - It shows all outbound communications

Having multiple default views makes the users workflow significantly much easier.
