Default Inventory Views

In this article, we'll review Default View included on each plan and examples of Custom View.

Multiple Default Views are included in Professional and Accelerated tiers.

Standard accounts have 1 default view. Compare plans here

According to the account's tier, the amount of default tiers can change:

  • Standard Tier
    • Default View - This is an entire customizable view.
  • Professional/Accelerated Tier
    • Not Contacted - Shows listings with Not Contacted stage
    • Contacted - Listings with Not Contacted stage selected
    • Offers Made Last 30 Days - Shows all listing with offers made in the las 30 Days, except for thos with the stages Pass, Sold and DNC
    • Pass View - Listings in the Pass Stage
    • Price Change View - All listings on which a price change has been made, and their stage selected is between Not Contacted and Appraised.

Having multiple default views makes the users workflow significantly much easier.
