Default Notifications Views

Multiple Default Views are included in Professional and Accelerated tiers.

Standard accounts have 1 default view. Compare plans here

According to the account's tier, the amount of default tiers can change:

Standard Tier
- Default View - This is an entire customizable view.
Professional/Accelerated Tier
- Default View - This is an entire customizable view.
- Inbound Text/Call/Form - Shows exclusively notifications about inbound communications
- Unassigned - Shows notifications which has not Assigned Main User
- Unread - Shows unread notifications

Having multiple default views makes the users workflow significantly much easier.
