Inbound Communications' Email
In this article we'll explain how the system behaves when there's a new communication in the system and there's nobody logged to answer it
When the system gets a new inbound communication for a listing and its user is not logged in the platform, an automatic email is sent to that user address informing of the new/missing communication.

When the user clicks on the Reply button, if they're logged in the platform, it will redirect straight to the listing's VDP.
If the user is not logged at the moment of clicking the Reply button, they'll be redirected to the platform login page first and, after they complete the login, the listing's VDP will open automatically.
The "Public VDP" was discontinued in Nov 2025, redirecting all traffic to the VDP.
