Inbound Lead Source - Setup Guide
In this article, we'll show you how setup an inbound lead source step by step.
Step 1: Request Initial Setup
- Contact your your Acquisition Coach (A.C.) or create a ticket requesting the Back Office setup for inbound leads
- Once the initial setup is completed, you'll receive an email address. This is where you have to send your leads in order for the platform to receive them
Step 2: VAN Platform Setup
- Log in to the VAN Platform
- On the dashboard, click Inventory in the menu bar
- From the drop-down, select All Searches
- Click the green plus (+) button in the Inventory Settings – Searches header
- In the setup pop-up:
- Select Opportunities (this means leads)
- Enter a clear name for the lead type (e.g., KBB ICO Leads)
- Click Save
Step 3: Verification
- Inform your A.C. you completed the setup of the leads in the platform in order for them to verify that everything is working properly
- Once the verification is complete, you will be in conditions to make the first test
Step 4: Testing & Confirmation
- When the A.C. confirms that everything is in order, proceed to send a Test Lead to the inbound lead email address you received in Step 1 and let know your A.C. once it's done
- After the A.C. confirms the test lead was successful, you can start sending leads regularly.
