Messages Wildcards

In this article we'll review what wildcards are and list all the current wildcards available while sending messages.

The wildcards are buttons which allow the user to complete a message with information extracted directly from the VDP so they don't have to remember it while writing the message.

Bellow there is a list of the current available wildcards:

Make - Vehicle's make
Model - Vehicle's model
Seller Name
Agent Name
Store Name*
Store Address*
Store City*

*These wildcards will be visible as long as the store info is completed in the system settings. If you can't see it, please contact your AC.
