Offers and Appraisals
This article will review what the components of this module are. The difference between the Offer & Appraisal sections and how to enter values.
The Offers and Appraisals section is where you will be able to input offers or appraisal values.
Offer - The offer section will allow you to input any communicated offers that have been provided to the seller, either via text message over the phone or via email.
To add an offer follow these steps:
- Click on the ➕ icon on the top-right corner of the section
- Select the option Add Offer Range
- Complete the offer range (or Unique Offer Value) in the modal window that appears
- Click on the Confirm button
In an Offer range, the minimum and maximum values can not be the same. If that's the case, complete only the minimum value in order to indicate it is a unique offer.
That offer will now be time and date stamped along with your name, and it cannot be deleted by anyone.
Users can, however, add multiple offers in. So, if the offer does change for some reason, a new offer may be typed in and saved over the old one, and both will be displayed under the offer history.
Appraisal - The appraisal section is where you will input any in-person appraisal values that were given to the seller during their appointment.
To add an appraisal follow these steps:
- Click on the ➕ icon on the top-right corner of the section
- Select the option Add Appraisal
- Complete the appraisal value in the modal window that appears
- Click on the Confirm button
Like the offer section, users may input multiple appraisal values. If they happen to change, they will also be stacked in order of newest to oldest under appraisal history.
