Listing Pictures/Photos

In this article, we'll explain this section behavior and how it interacts with the different listing sources

Pictures on regular listings

When a listing information is collected with our system, only the first picture shown in the VDP is physically saved, and the rest of the pictures are redirected from the original listings. This means that when an original listing disappears or gets inactive in the source, our VDP will only have one picture available as reference: the first one.

If the seller sends any email or message with attached images, those images will be automatically added to the VDP images carousel, and will remain.


Pictures and inbound integrations

Some inbound integrations do not share the vehicle pictures within the information received. For those cases, our system set a default picture with the legend Imported Vehicle.
If pictures are important for you to have in the appraisal, simply right-click the photo, save it to your desktop and manually upload it yourself.

Pictures and outbound integrations

When you push a listing through an outbound integration (vAuto, CRM, etc.) pictures are not sent with the rest of the information.

If you consider that you need the pictures you can use the Export Pictures feature in order to download them and then upload them in the destination platform.
