These are the updates for this month:

    Chrome Extension

    Release 1.0.7

    • Seller name added automatically: syncing a conversation now fills in the seller's full name. Toggle in Settings. New "Always merge" column in the merge-and-update settings lets you pick which fields auto-update (default on: seller name, VIN, odometer, price, phone; photos and videos excluded).
    • Skip Listing: mark conversations you never want synced. Skipped items get a hidden status you can filter on and un-skip later. Toggle in Settings.
    • "Listings" tab renamed to "Conversations".
    • VDP Reply button opens the marketplace chat in a new tab.

    Release 1.0.8

    • Wrong-vehicle fix: messages no longer sync onto the wrong car when switching between marketplace chats. Older messages are filtered by their real time instead of the displayed label, and a conversation title can no longer be overwritten by a placeholder or the previous thread's name.
    • Mini-chat safe mode: nothing is added from the marketplace mini-chat. A new "Open in Messenger · VAN" button opens the conversation full screen, where sync is reliable.
    • "Add to VAN" prompt on the marketplace: floating prompt with Add to VAN / Not now / Don't show for this listing. Suppression are per listing and reversible under Settings → Hidden Add to VAN prompts.
    • VDP auto-open on every supported marketplace: all marketplaces now auto-open the VDP; others resolve via quick search by URL.
    • VDP tab never shows a sign-in form: an expired session shows "Your VAN session has expired. Sign in to keep going." and opens sign-in in a normal browser tab.
    • Sync activity now records who ran the sync.

    VDP

    • Communication delivery status now updates in real time on the VDP
    • vAuto section shows an activation message instead of calling the retired integration

    Inventory

    • Quick Search keeps active and worked listings searchable beyond the 90-day window

    Bugs Fixed

    • Communications / To Do / Notifications: sort by date and time corrected
    • VDP Export Pictures failing for dealers
    • VDP Carfax report asking for credentials on open
    • Completed tasks still showing as pending on the VDP
    • Outbound calls not clearing the seller's "responded" status, leaving listings stuck as "waiting"
    • Inventory "Textable" field incorrectly populated, including after listing corrections
    • Manual Do Not Call failing on listings with no seller phone, and phoneless listings being auto-flagged DNC
    • Performance and stability improvements (queue processing, search rebuilds, request handling)
