These are the updates for this month:

    General

    • CRM Application URL structure updates – The CRM's URL structure has been updated to use query parameters instead of path-based routing for Inventory searches, VDP views, actions/subtasks, and Settings navigation. This improves deep-linking, preserves navigation context (search + view), and enables direct linking to specific actions modals. Backend impact is minimal — existing query parameters were already handled properly. This facilitates the opening of appointments or tasks directly with the VDP when those items are selected in the different modules.

    • Remove pop-ups inside Vincue's drawer – When the CRM is rendered inside Vincue's drawer, inbound message notifications, inbound call notifications, and interaction messages are now suppressed. Additionally, when a listing is not found, the error is shown within the body without displaying the main navigation bar. 

    VDP

    • Send Message: New wildcards/dynamic fields – These are the changes applied regarding the messages' wildcards:

      • Dealers can now use a new set of dynamic fields (wildcards) when composing messages across all communication channels (text, email, forms, Facebook, Kijiji).

      • Fields are organized by section — Seller, Vehicle, Listing, Offers & Appraisals, and Dealership — using the syntax.

      • The previous wildcard system remains fully backward-compatible.

      • The backend resolver was redesigned for performance (map-based replacement instead of a growing switch), and values are only resolved when actually present in the message. 

    • Vehicle Gallery: Video upload and playback – Dealers can now upload videos (up to 100 MB) to a vehicle's gallery in the VDP and play them directly from both the VDP and Inventory gallery views. This complements the Chrome Extension's existing video capture capability.

    • Download all vehicle pictures and videos as a zip – The feature Export Pictures now allows dealers to download all of a vehicle's photos AND videos from the vehicle's gallery in a single zip file. 

    Inventory

    • Bug Fixed – Inventory "Responded" field shows incorrect status – The "Responded" column in the Inventory grid was displaying ❌ on listings that had actually been responded to. Now, the column will be showing the listing as Responded if the last message in its communication history is an outbound message from the buyer in response to an inbound message from the seller.
