Inventory Fields
Here there is a list of the fields used in the Inventory module with the categories they are included in and what their content represents.
Fields List (by Category)
- Vehicle
- Bodystyle
- Color
- Engine
- Fuel - Vehicle's power source
- Interior Color
- Is Rough - Indicates when a listing explicity stated that it has any kind of damage
- Make - Vehicle's manufacturer
- Model
- Odometer - Current mileage of the vehicle
- Odometer Change - Previous mileage of the vehicle if the odometer value increased This field is completed only in cases when the seller modifies the odometer value in the original listing.
- Options - Listing technical details from an external inbound lead (exclusive for KBB). Learn more about the KBB integration here
- Photo - Vehicle photos. By default, the listing has the original listing images, but more photos can be added manually the user from inside the VDP

- Transmission - Specifies the type of transmission the vehicle has
- Trim
- VIN - Vehicle's VIN number
- Year - Vehicle's manufactured year
- Seller
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone - Seller's phone number
- Phone Type - Indicates if the phone number provided by the seller it is from a mobile phone or a landline
- Dealer
- Agent - Agent/s assigned to this listing
- Assigned Main User - Shows the main user assigned to this listing
- If old inactive users are still assigned to listings, they will still appear in the list. If you want to stop seeing inactive users, reassign all those listings to a new active user using Batch Action > Main User
- Assigned Second User - Shows the secondary user assigned to this listing (if any)
- If old inactive users are still assigned to listings, they will still appear in the list. If you want to stop seeing inactive users, reassign all those listings to a new active user using Batch Action > Secondary User

- Notes - It allows to see the last entered note from the user
- Phone Agent - Agent/s phone number/s
- Tags - Shows any tag attached to a listing
Good Practices:
- Specific deal temperatures, such as engaged or semi-engaged to identify listings that may be close to a deal.
- We encourage users to DO NOT use Agent names tags, instead it will be ideal to use the Assigned Main User and Assigned Secondary User on the VDP to properly identify who worked what deal.
- Communication
- Acquired* - It is used to indicate if the vehicle has been acquired
- Appointment* - It is used to indicate if the vehicle has an appointment set on it
- Appraised* - It indicates if the vehicle has been appraised
- Contacted* - Shows if a listing has been contacted by a user or by the automated system. The user can change it manually if the listing was contacted from outside the system

- DNC* - It is set in cases when the user has a motive to not contact the seller again
- Pass* - It is checked in cases when the user is not interested in the vehicle
- Responded* - Shows if the user has responded to the seller's last communication
- Retailed* - Shows if the vehicle has been sold to a private buyer
- Show Vehicle* - It is used to indicate when the user log in the system that the vehicle has been shown at the dealership for a scheduled appointment
- Stage - Shows all the stages of a listing lifecycle. Learn more about the different stages here
- Textable - Determines whether or not the phone number provided is a textable phone number
- Type Initial Communication - Indicates which communication channel was used for the first contact between the user and the seller
- Wholesaled* - Shows if the vehicle has been sold to another dealership or business
* All these fields show a ✅ when they're used, or a ❌ when they aren't.
For a more efficient use of the system, it is recommended that instead of using this field, use the Stage field and create a view around the selected stage.

- Listing
- Active - Indicates if the listing is active or inactive
- Date Posted - Date when original listing was posted
- Days Online - Total days online of that listing
- Description - Original listing description
- Follow - It follows specific listings using the follow icon on the VDP
If that icon is selected on the VDP then the inventory view will present a ✅ next to that listing, indicating that maybe a vehicle you are pretty interested in and want to keep a close eye on as well.

- Last Appraisal - Value get from the latest vehicle's appraisal
- Last Offer - Amount of the latest offer made to the seller
- Original Price - It shows the original price of the listing
- Price - It shows current listing price
- Price Change - It displays the increase or decrease in the original listing price
- Source - Platform where the listing came from
- URL - URL to the original listing
- Calendar
- Date Acquisition - Date on which the vehicle was Acquired.
- Date Appointment - Last Date set between the seller and the user for the seller to bring the vehicle to the dealership
- Date Initial Contact - Displays the date of the initial contact with the seller
- Date Initial Response - Displays the date of the seller's initial response to the user
- Date Last Contacted - Displays the date of the last comunication with the seller
- Date Last Response - Displays the date of the seller's last response to the user
- Date Retailed - Date on which the vehicle is sold to a particular buyer
- Date Secondary
- Date Show - Date on which the seller brings the vehicle to the dealership
- Date Wholesaled - Date on which the vehicle is sold to a major buyer
- Last Appraisal Date - Shows the date of the last appraisal was made
- Last Offer Date - Shows the date of the last offer that was given
- Location (From the vehicle)
- City - City where the vehicle is located
- Distance - Distance between the vehicle's location from the listing and the dealership's location
- State - State where the vehicle is located
- Zip Code - Zip code where the vehicle is located
- VinCue (This fields are only visible for user with an enabled VinCue integration)
- VinCue Target - Indicates if the listing is in a VinCue buying plan or not
- VinCue No Fly - Indicates if the listing is marked as a trash listing on VinCue side
- VinCue Market ADS Model - Shows the Average Days to Sell for this model
- VinCue Market ADS Trim - Shows the Average Days to Sell for this trim
- VinCue Store ADS - Shows the Average Days to Sell on the store
- VinCue MDS Model - Shows the Market Days Supply for this model
- VinCue MDS Trim - Shows the Market Days Supply for this trim
