Inventory

In this article, we'll overview all the components of this module.

The Inventory ↗️ is where you'll find all the listings for your area, as well as being able to manage this information based on the filters and fields you applied to the views you create.

Creating Views is included in Professional and Accelerated tiers.

Inventory-01

The first thing shown under the main navigation bar is the criteria from the active search. Learn more about inventory searches here.

Underneath the current search criteria you'll be able to find:

  • Selected View - Where all the listings information is shown
  • View Management Tools - Menus used to select which view to visualize, and manage view in general. Learn more about views here
  • Fields Button - Allows to select which fields will be shown in the current view. Learn more 👉 here
  • Filters Button - Its main function is to show/hide the filter buttons shown for each specific field on the view. Learn more about filters behavior here
  • Batch Actions (Edit Button) - Allows to perform specific actions on any amount of listing selected on the active view at the same time. For this button to be enabled, at least one listing must be checked. Learn more about how the batch actions work here
  • Export Menu - Export views to Pdf or CSV files. Learn more about this menu here

The field mostly used are:

  • Model
  • Make - Vehicle's manufacturer
  • VIN - Vehicle's VIN number
  • Year - Vehicle's manufactured year
  • Days Online - Total days a listings since it was posted
  • URL - link to the original listing
  • Odometer - Current amount of miles accumulated by the vehicle
  • Phone - Seller's phone number
  • Photo - Vehicle photos. By default, the listing has the original listing images, but more photos can be added manually the user from inside the VDP
  • Textable - Determines whether or not the phone number provided is a textable phone number
  • Active - Indicates if the listing is active or inactive
  • Price - It shows current listing price
  • Stage - Shows all the stages of a listing lifecycle
  • Date Initial Contact - Displays the date of the initial contact with the seller
  • Notes - It allows to see the last entered note from the user
  • City - City where the vehicle is located
  • Tags - Shows any tag attached to a listing
  • Date Initial Response - Displays the date of the seller's initial response to the user
  • Price Change - It displays the increase or decrease in the original listing price
  • Date Last Contacted - Displays the date of the last comunication with the seller
  • DNC - It is set in cases when the user has a motive to not contact the seller again
  • Distance - Distance between the vehicle and the dealership
  • State - State where the vehicle is located
  • Assigned Main User - Shows the main user assigned to this listing
