To Do

In this article, we'll overview all the components of this module.

The To Do module ↗️ is where you'll find all the all the tasks created in the system, as well as being able to manage this information based on the filters and fields you applied to the views you create.

Creating Views is included in Professional and Accelerated tiers.

All tasks displayed here are manually set by your team. Nothing is preset by the system.

Your success will undeniably be due to the consistency of your task. Setting a typical follow-up schedule will be twice a week for up to 4 weeks. In addition to the automated system, for those who have the Professional Plan or Accelerated Plan as well as day 45, day 60 and day 90. Ideally, it is espected to see an average of 20 to 25 tasks set per person per day.

To-Do-01

Right under the main navigation bar you'll be able to find:

  • Selected View - Where all the communications information is shown
  • View's Management Tools - Menus used to select which view to visualize, and manage view in general. Learn more about views here
  • Fields Button - Allows to select which fields will be shown in the current view. Learn more here
  • Filters Button - Its main function is to show/hide the filter buttons shown for each specific field on the view. Learn more about filters behavior here
  • Batch Actions (Edit Button) - Allows to perform specific actions on any amount of listing selected on the active view at the same time. For this button to be enabled, at least one listing must be checked. Learn more about how the batch actions work here
  • Export Menu - Export views to Pdf or CSV files. Learn more about how the Export Menu works here 

To Do Fields List (by Category)

  • Vehicle
    • Source - Platform where the listing came from
    • Vehicle - Vehicle's year, make and model
  • Seller
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Seller - Seller's name
  • Dealer
    • Assigned Main User - Shows the main user assigned to this listing
    • Tags - Shows any tag attached to a listing
  • Communication
    • Assignee - Indicates which user has been assigned to the task 
    • Status - Shows the different statuses tha the task can have:
      • Pending - The task has not been completed yet
      • Completed - The task has been completed
      • Deleted - The task will not be completed
      • Missed - The task has not been completed by the stipulated date and time. The task record automatically change to this status (and it is colored in orange) when the task's date and time is surpassed and its status is still Pending
    • Task Title
    • Type - Indicates which kind of task has to be done (To Do, Appointment, Note, Call, etc.)
  • Listing
    • Stage - Shows the current stage of the listing. Learn more about the different stages here
  • Calendar
    • Date and Time - Shows when the task should be completed. If this time is exceeded and the task status is still Pending, the status will automatically change to Missed and the task will be colored in orange on the tasks views
