These are the updates for this month:

    General

    • Interaction Messages – Assign by account — Enabled BO admins to target interaction message notices (e.g., "Enable 10DLC", payment alerts) to specific accounts instead of broadcasting globally.

    • Advanced Global Search – Enhanced the global search to support field-based filtering (vehicle year/make/model/VIN, seller name/phone/email, listing URL, and last note content), with a new advanced search UI panel.

    • New lead provider: TrueCar — Added TrueCar as a new lead provider, including lead ingestion and listing URL extraction from the TrueCar dealer portal.

    • Refactored scheduled report emails — Refactored the scheduled report email system for improved reliability.

    • Bug Fixed – Associate Lead Providers to Accounts — Created a data migration to properly associate lead providers to their respective accounts.

    VDP

    • Bug Fixed – VDP – Missing required fields on update modals — Enforced required field validation on Vehicle Info (Year, Make, Model, Odometer) and Seller Info (First Name, State, Zip Code) update modals.

    • Bug Fixed – VDP – Unknown Listing display issues — Fixed unknown listings to show "Unknown Listing" instead of a blank line, restored the "Mi" unit after odometer values, and standardized field heights and placeholder text in the Update Vehicle Info modal.

    Inventory

    • Manual Search – Location-based filters — Removed extra parameters from manual search filters and added multi-select State, City, and Zip Code fields. Filter labels now concatenate applied ranges, with hover-to-view details and an edit pencil shortcut.

    • Minimized drawers – Improved naming & behavior — Updated the naming of stacked minimized listing drawers, removed the "Open in new tab" icon when drawers have grouped listings, and refined the "Open all" button logic to handle VDP-only, grouped-only, and hybrid drawer scenarios.

    • Inventory – "Date Added" column — Renamed the "Date Posted" column to "Date Added" in Inventory, including exports, scheduled reports, and saved views.

    • Inventory Location Filters – City filter fix — Fixed the City filter to work correctly when selecting multiple locations in Inventory.

    • Bug Fixed – Grid View column drag & drop broken — Restored drag-and-drop reordering of columns in the Inventory Grid View.

    Inventory/Communications/To Do

    • Bug Fixed – "Last X Days" date filter not applying — Fixed an issue in Communication and To Do where switching to "Last X Days" from another date range did not update results due to a no-op equality check on the default value.

     Inventory/Communications/To Do/Acquisitions/Calendar

    • Bug Fixed – Exports working inconsistently across modules — Reviewed and unified CSV and CSV + Logs export functionality across Inventory, To Do, Communications, Acquisitions, and Calendar. Fixed server errors, incorrect file names, empty files, and added a "please wait" message during export.
